personally i would just make regular ganache and add a few drops of mint flavoring to the cream. i'd worry about the consistancy/spreadability, etc of the melted andy's candies.
If you've already bought the candies, then experiment with them. Do you have a kitchen scale? Start with a 50/50 mix candy to cream. See how that works and what color you end up with. I think it will be really pale (like milk chocolate) as opposed to the deep dark semi-sweet ganache.
