How many cupcakes will I get from the WASC Cake recipe? The one with the 2 boxes of cake mix. I just got an order for 200 cupcakes for a wedding and I am WAY to lazy right now to figure it out so I was hoping someone knew off the top of their heads.
I get 36 regular sized cupcakes (about 1/4 cup batter)

I use 7 mixes for a wedding cake that serves 100, so if I was making a wedding cake for 200 servings, I'd be using 14 mixes.
10 is not that many for 200 servings.
The yield depends on what size you make them. Are you using the cupcake wrappers that you find in the cake aisle at the grocery? Because those are pretty dinky. I use the Texas Size wrappers, which is about 1.5 servings of cake. so with the various advices you're getting on yields, you need to know what size cupcakes everyone is making.
