How do you get a promotional code to get a discount on an order..do they send those to you when you place an order?
I have a big order and I would like to know if there is a promo out there I can apply to this order.

They don't offer discount codes. There are some posts around about it, GSA an CC have some type of agreeement, CC receives a proceeds from sales here....I beleive.

But on their site , when you are about to make the payment it asks if you have a promotional code to enter it.

I may be wrong, but I think that it is for promotions that they have going from time to time. Like in their emails, they may say 25% Satin Ice...use coupon code XXX. Whatever is in the emails, like discounts, is generally also on the homepage of their website.
