Okay, so this is really a rhetorical issue. Maybe is wasn't "scripted," but it admittedly was staged, as icingrose states that they were asked to behave in accordance with the storyline. But having said that, I soooo love Cake Boss! thumbs_up.gif

Reminds me of the post someone here made regarding the Bridezillas show. They wanted the bride to cause a scene about the cake, and the baker refused to allow it.

Rose, are you one of his sisters? If so, can you thank him for leaving some of the drama out of the more recent episodes? I've really enjoyed the last few and have learned some really great tricks of the trade. That's what I was hoping to see! icon_biggrin.gif

I know a lot of people talk about the episode where they took the cake down the stairs instead of the elevator and the cake falls. Thats not the only time they took a cake down the stairs instead of the elevator.
