I am making a cake today and I need help on the filling recipe. I am making a filling using instant pudding and replacing the milk with whipping cream. Now, do I whip the cream first then fold in the pudding or do i mix the pudding in and then whip the whipping cream? I'm confused and need help! THANKS!!!
