My mom had a scratch chocolate cake that called for vinegar. Excellent cake!!! Recipe was lost years ago. Does anyone have this? TIA
All of my cakes have vinegar in the recipe.I add about 2 tsp of vinegar to my half and half to curdle it slightly. Its like a homemade buttermilk recipe that my grandmother used to use instead of buttermilk.
