Newbie taking on a big task.....Pooh themed baby shower cake.
I have a few pics to work off of, but not sure how to "build" the characters and how to blend in their parts when I put them together.
and not sure hoe to make Pooh's shirt...
Anything you can provide would be helpful.......
Sometimes I just use water to hook parts together, if they're not dried already, or you can use tylose glue (tylose powder and water). As far as the shirt, cut half a shirt and put it on the front, then another half and put it on the back, then smooth the seams as much as you can.
You should check out aine2's tutorials. She is amazing and i think she has a pooh cake in the galleris!

For Pooh his shirt, you make his body first and then cut a piece to the size of the front and the back of his shirt. Add some short sleeves and that's it.
For sticking pieces together you could use a bit of edible glue, tylose/CMC with water, that's what I always use. For clothing etc you could just use some water.
