I'm wondering if you have to refrigerate a cake frosted wwith IMBC, and if so, how long can you let it sit at room temperature?
Yes, it can sit out, no problem. You want to eat it room temperature or it'll just taste like a stick of butter. I refrigerate for a stable move if it has to be delivered though. It'll be fine in a cool room for a few days.Jodie
