I live in Dallas area and I am in need of Isomalt. Where can you get that stuff? Cake Carousel in Richardson does not have it, I have checked with them.

Hi everyone, I by my isomalt from a company in Canada, but the product comes from Germany.... here's the link, they might be able to tell you if you have a local supplier....http://www.beneo-palatinit.com/en/BENEO-Palatinit/... other than that, I have surched for companies that sell chemicals and food ingredients distributor ( additives).

You also might be doing well to ask your cake supplier if they know any place in your town that DOES have it. Most places can tell you who does have it, if they don't.
