Technically it is edible. It dries rock hard and so most people do not want to eat it.

Gum paste is made with edible ingredients, so yes it is edible. It does dry hard and is probably more tasteless than anything else.

is it. But i wouldnt eat it, once it dries its hard. and doesnt taste great.
