How To Attach Fondant Swags To Buttercream Cake

I have a cake order for this saturday and it's a 2 tier buttercream cake with fondant swags. I have done buttercream cakes with fondant figures and little designs on them before but never with swags and afraid that they'll slip out of the cake. Please advise. Thanks.
