I had much success with the dark chocolate, but for some reason the white chocolate once mixed with the corn syrup formed an excessive amount of yellow oil. Can anyone help me. I need to make some by friday to cover a gift box cake.

Mine did the same thing so I let it sit overnight. It was perfect in the morning.
