Hi, I have a 16" round cake to do later this month but the pan will not fit in my oven. I remember years ago a friend had a 16" half pan and you put the halves together to make the complete 16" cake. I have done searches for such a pan and have been unable to locate any.
Does anyone have any ideas on where I could find this type of pan?
Thanks!
Lloyds Pans has half rounds too 16" $16 or $19 depending on how deep

OK, so i went to the fat daddy link and I have a question. There are "rings" on the site. How would you use those for baking a cake? Can they be set into a regular cake pan that is only 2" high to "collar" it and bake a higher cake? Just curious.
