I know it's here somewhere...I just can't find it.
I need the remedial version that states how many "real" servings pan sizes yield, and how much icing needed, cups of batter, etc.
Earlen's is too complicated...every time I hear spread sheet my palms get all sweaty-just like in sixth grade when there were "word questions" on the math test icon_redface.gificon_redface.gificon_redface.gif
TIA,
Kathy

I'm branching out and doing cheesecakes for weddings now. I plan on using the 3" pop out bottom pans from Magic Line. What I am trying to figure out is how many servings each pan would give. Anyone know???? Do you cut them in a triangle type shape, or do you cut the same way you would a round cake?

All info is greatly appreciated!!

thanks,
Cristina

step0nmi, guess that link became obsolete with the recent software updates to the photo galleries.

Here's the new one:

I said it in another post but did you all see that Wilton now has party serving size charts! It's in the same place as the wedding serving charts on their site, but you have the option of choosing party cuts now! Yeah Wilton! They finally got it together on this!
