Planet Cake are going to be running some classes out their later in the year, you can register at their site http://www.planetcake.com.au (select courses)
Or contact someone at the Australian National Cake Decorator's Association and ask about branches in QLD, often there are ladies that run classes through their local branch http://www.ancda.org/
