I don't have a recipe, but if you make Sugarshack's buttercream icing, you can use flavored coffee creamer in place of the liquid. I have done that before and it works great. I think Coffeemate or International something or other makes a white belgium chocolate liquid coffee creamer.
Here's a link for her 6 qt mixer buttercream recipe. She also has one for 5 qt mixer and you can find a tutorial on youtube (I think under Sugared productions or Sharon): http://cakecentral.com/cake_recipe-7325-Sugarshacks-Buttercream-for-a-6qt-Mixer.html
I just used this yesterday. It's cream cheese but it crusts very well and, unless it's going to be out in the heat, I use this for almost everything...
8 oz cream cheese
3/4 c crisco
1/4 c salted butter
2 lb powdered sugar
1/4 t salt
1/4 t lemon juice
6 oz white chocolate chips
