Okay I really hate to use whipped topping but the graduate requested it. Are there any tricks to getting it smooth. I wondered if I could pop it in the freezer for a bit then be able to use a papertowel to get it smooth? Or a cold spatula??? Any helpful hints would be appreciated.
Well, I usually use a hot spatula for my buttercream....so maybe a cold spatula would work for your whipped topping. I would tell you to use the hot spatula, but I'm afraid it would melt it!
