Does anyone have a great banana cake (mix or scratch) recipe? I'd rather not use a banana cake mix as the base. I also don't want it to be as heavy as banana bread. THX
I use a french vanilla BC mix, add the cake extender to it (in the recipe section), use buttermilk instead of water, be generous with the oil, add 1 tsp of banana extract, and 1 mashed ripe banana. Perfect banana flavor everytime.
