Edible Images???

Where can I download cartoon character pictures for edible images? I tried Yahoo but the pics are not too clear. What program do I use to edit the pic to make it big or small.

I use both google and yahoo images and I have the Microsoft Picture It Software for editing thumbs_up.gif .
