I'm doing a wedding cake for next Saturday and the bride has requested Ivory frosting. I use buttercream and sometimes mine looks Ivory, but I definitely want her to be happy with the cake. Any suggestions on getting true Ivory colored frosting?
Thanks!

You could use the brown vanilla flavouring instead of the clear. That makes a nice ivory colour (along with butter).

I would do like she ^^^ said. If you still need it more ivory, Wilton makes an "ivory" color that you could use.

Yes, just keep adding vanilla. It still tastes yummy.

You can use just a tiny bit of brown coloring also. icon_smile.gif
