I am trying to made sugared fruit for a wedding today, how long does it take to dry? Should I have done it yesterday? It just seams so wet and the sugar is kind of melting. I don't know if i'm doing it right.

Never mind, I gave up and rinsed it off. I think I'll research a little more before I try it again. I don't think strawberries were a good fruit to use anyway.
