Any suggestions to get my cookies to dry a little faster...just found out I need cookies for tomorrow. Anyone try anything that works?

Put them in the oven overnight with just the oven light on. That should dry them out.

My recommendation is to try a fan instead.

I tried putting some in my gas oven at the lowest temp to dry them at Easter -- and it krinkled the Glace' icing.

I use royal icing and put mine in the oven with the light on all the time. It works great.
