sounds like you did it right.. i just sprinkle little 10x sugar on counter.. grease my hands a little.. take dough from mixer.. and knead and knead.. break it all up into about 4 pieces.. with little grease on hands.. and knead these pieces into little sausages.. and wrap with saran wrap.. then put all these into freezer bags.. into the freezer or frig..hth
Thanks, I was wondering if I had to use the whole cup but it seemed like it was getting too dry.

Another question? Is it usually hard to scrape off the bowl? I really had to get in there and scrape hard.
