There's a thread running now about 'how to make a bow', but my question is a little different. I made the cutest bow today and was pleased with how it came out. Went to check on it just now, and it fell apart in my hand. Meaning, the loops themselves have cracked and breaking.
What is wrong????

What are your bows made from?

Fondant alone is not sturdy enough for bows.

Mix fondant and gumpaste 50/50 for the best results.

Also humidity will wreak havoc on gumpaste/fondant items.
