How do you store mmf, and for how long? If you are going to make it and use it in five days where do you keep it? Please, I am waiting for answers.

It lasts a very, very, very long time. I rub a generous amount of Crisco over a ball of MMF and wrap in several layers of plastic wrap to help keep air from making the outside of it leathery.
I store it both out on the counter and in the freezer (colors that aren't popular). I thaw it straight form freezer to micro without issue.
