Is there a really good, quality ready made butter cream on the market? I have ALWAYS made my own, however I'm recovering from major surgery and have 5 wedding cakes on the books, plus my full time job. (I go back to work on Monday) The cakes are all due within the span of 5 weeks. Normally, it wouldn't be a big problem, but my full recovery is taking a little longer than expected. Unless I can find a really high quality one, I will figure a way to do it myself.

Well, the best one that I can recommend is this recipe...
Go to the liquor store and buy a bottle of wine.
Invite a GF over for a glass of wine.
have all of the ingredients sitting on the counter.
Instruct her how to put it all together.
refridgerate the BC.
