My mom asked me to make a cake for my aunt who is retiring soon...an aunt who I love dearly but haven't even seen in years (lives pretty far away). Anyway my mom & dad are meeting up with them next week and my mom wanted a cake. Sure, no problem! I'm pretty busy, but I can squeeze it in. A simple sheet cake decorated like a chalkboard.
Last night mom stopped by the house to give me $25 to pay for my supplies because "we can't just have you make all our cakes for free all the time...and is that enough money?"
