Where in Wisconisn is the question - can't find a lot of stuff in Wisconsin. Gets very frustrating.

I don't know if they would have bulk confectionery coating...but I get all my supplies from Vanilla Bean in Madison, on the West Side.....They might be able to tell you where you can get some if they don't carry any....
