Hi,
My husband and I want to start a Bakery/Bistro. There are no bakeries in my area!
We are looking into all options, and want to sell Bread, doughnuts, rolls, pies, cakes etc. in the bakery
and then eventually have a bistro sandwhich type shop in addition at a later time (then after that add in dinners)
I was wondering if anyone had any ideas or thoughts on what is some of the most important things to research.
We are researching location, pricing, products.... NAMES... (we want a name that is One or Two words) Something like Simply Irresistable or Serendipity .... but I believe these are already taken.
