Someone Please Help! Icing Disaster

I am having a problem with my BC icing. It is not hardening in some spots...Can someone explain why? And what I can do now that I have iced my cake already? Thanks in advance icon_smile.gif

Is it a crusting BC recipe? Is it really humid where you are? Also, what are your decorations going to be.......ie, flowers, borders writing, etc. Maybe you can stick it in the fridge for a few minutes.
