Can you set up an appointment book for another day so that your stand in can book the BTB with you if they want specific info. Maybe not a full fledged consultation, but even 15 minute slots to quickly discuss pricing/styles, whatever. OOOOOO... and have the option of they provide a phone number and set a time for you to phone them to answer questions, so they don't have to drive to you again. Something to make it easier for you to get some personal contact in. Maybe an incentive for those who book a 15 minute or half hour consultation with you -- a couple cupcakes or cookies or small discount or whatever when they show up for their one on one initial meeting.
