I'm new to this, but had a question on fondant. A while back I purchased a chocolate cake from Albertsons which had a very smooth icing just like fondant. The icing peeled off easily just like fondant, Was it fondant, or what type of icing was it? Does anyone knows the recipe? Your help is greatly appreciated
It probably was fondant but I think ganache might peel off like that when hardened and settled.
culd also have been chocolate fondant.
