Hi,
Just made my first calla lily using a mix of fondant & xanthan gum. I wud like to know if i can steam the flowers made with this mix to give it a shine. Also when do i steam it, once its throughly dry or before its gets dry.
Hope some can help. Thanks!

let it dry properly before steaming. just pass it through the steam a couple of times, not for too long, or it will go soft again. it only gets agentle shine this way.
