Has anyone ever tried this or have a recipe for it? A girl at work said she went to a restaurant and had a wonderful cake that was white sponge cake, soaked in some kind of liquor with a rose petal chutney for a filling.
Now I'm curious.....

I've never seen chutney, but rose petal jam is available and is pretty and delicately flavored. I just bought some at Nic Lodge's store. There are recipes if you have a source of organic roses, too.
