That would be fun! I've never made one and haven't seen any pictures. But I can just visualize in my mind a sheet cake with all the decorations. You could probably make it look exactly like it. If you want it 3D, you could bake a lot of 9x13's and then stack them. You could even cut them in half, so that it will get taller, quicker.
