Hi everyone, I am pretty good at sculpting cakes and specialty cakes but know someone wants me to build Thai Temple. They have stacked roofs. I'm not sure what material to use. I think Gingerbread will be to heavy. Can anyone help me ???

what about gumpaste or pastillage?
