How Long Will Fondant Last?

Hi CCers,

I am not good at searching subjects, so here it goes, sorry if it has been asked and asked icon_wink.gif

I made some leaves out of either MMF or Wilton fondant about 3-4 weeks ago. They are hard as a rock, but I wanted to use them on cupcakes with some soft fondant roses. Do you think they are still okay to put on a cake?

Yes they are ok. Eat one--they're fine.
