I suppose it was inevitable since I am so new to caking. I didn't have the proper support size for my top tier of my Course 3 final cake. It traveled TO class just fine. Decorated fine. However, it did not make the ride home. I was so sad. I made this one for my dad...bottom tier is 2 layers, buttercream and cherry filled. Top tier is 4 layers, plain buttercream filling. Oh the shame!
