Hello! My step sister has requested that I make a bowling cake for her daughter's 14th birthday...I have a pretty good idea of what I'd like it to look like and am excited to give it a try. My only problem is that she left the flavors completely up to me, and I'm kind of at a loss. My niece is severely disabled and isn't able to speak, (so I can't exactly ask her what she'd like), but I know that nilla wafers are one of her very favorite foods...does any one have any ideas/recipes that could incorporate them?
