WoooHooo!

I am now a licensed baker. I just passed my town board of health inspection for my residential kitchen!

I have been holding off baking for others for a while now and now I no longer have to, I am so excited!!!!

Congratulations!! I know how excited and relieved you are!!

As soon as I passed my inspection, I put a sign on my mailbox and then the calls really started to come in. I had to get a permit from my borough, but that was a piece of cake too!!!

Good luck and enjoy really being the "Cake Lady"!!
