How can I do the gold writing on a Louis Vuitton cake purse?

You can hand paint it on with gold sheen airbrush or gold petal dust mixed with a high alchohol percentage extract or vodka

Should I mix yellow icing color with golden dust?

id make the icing yellow, and just use gold dust.
