Does it taste similar to cream cheese frosting when mixed with BC? What are you thoughts?

I have only needed it into my fondant and thought it had a hint strawberry. It tasted more like strawberry cheesecake to me.

i've been using it a lot.
however, didn't notice any similarities to cheesecake. but it does taste great.

I used it recently but never did notice a cheesecake flavor - didn't taste a cream cheese flavor either.
