How do i glue a satin ribbon to a fondant cake? What can i use. Should i glue the ribbon to the cake or just place it around the cake and glue the two ends together? Any advice would be very appreciated!

I did that on a very small cake-just glued the ends together with royal icing. It worked great, but I don't know if there are any issues with doing that for a larger cake. Mine was just a 6".

Thanks a lot for you advice. I have to do a very big wedding cake. 5 tiers, 20'', 16'', 12'', 8'' and 4''
