Finally finished 8 weeks radiotherapy and I can't wait to get some energy back for baking!!!!! My first cake will be a big, fat, chocolate thankyou cake for my oncology team who are amazing. I'll deliver it in a few weeks time when I have a checkup. I visited CC every day to see what everyone was up to and I felt I was still in the loop. Now I'll just have a little sleep....
