good recipe for chocolate icing that will withstand outdoor weather, as well as, a recipe that isn't grainy....

Any ideas on which recipe is the best? It's for a grooms cake, that is done in basket weave, that is going to be outside May 1st at 7pm.

indydebi's recipe holds up very well outside in the heat. Just add some chocolate to it. It's in the recipe section.
