Do a drawing for a $50 or $100 gift certifcate that they can use on their wedding cake. You'll collect tons of information, such as b-days and stuff like that. They can put down other occassions that they will need cakes as well. Put a little box that they can check that asks if they would like to recieve special offers or new additions. =o)

I second that on the shoes....I learned the hard way, my husband about had to carry me to the car after the show
