I am going to be making a huge cake for my in-laws 65th wedding anniversary and to try to make it a little less time consuming(on making all the frosting-am going to make the decorations in regular buttercreme). I just need to know how much 4 pounds of the bettercreme makes and how much the 8 pounds of bettercreme makes, so that I know just how much of the bettercreme to buy. Thanks.
