I am attempting to make a wedding cake for my sister-in-law, My question is can I take the cake over friday night and set it up at her parents for a noon wedding on saturday? We are all 4 in the wedding and I am just worried about time.

Hi, I'm sure it will be ok as long as the fillings you have used can sit outside. But I would have done the setting up in the morning. icon_biggrin.gif

I think it would be ok, that way you can check it in the morning, make sure its ok, and fix what you might need to fix.
