Should MMF be sticky or dry like plain fondant. If it is supposed to be sticky then how do you roll it out. Please help!!!
It shouldn't be sticky. You should be able to pull your hands away cleanly after kneading it. Also, It should roll out smoothly not sticking to your mat or rolling pin. Did you add enough ps? Is your work area thoroughly dusted w/ corn starch or ps?
I still could add a cup of sugar. Thank you for the the help. I will add it & see what happens next.
