This isn't really a "How Do I" question, but I'm gonna ask anyway.
Is there any issue with storing buttercream in a stainless steel bowl? I just had to make a double batch and I don't have any tupperware big enough for it. So I have to resort to using a stainless steel mixing bowl. Would the bc get discolored in anyway?
I often leave my BC in my KA bowl overnight in the fridge. I just cover it with some cling film. I have never had any problem with that.
Why not store it in zip lock baggies, then when you need to use it just cut and squeeze into decorating bag, bowl or what ever. That is what I do so I don't have so much clean up to do. I use gallon size baggies.

I've left it in my KA mixer before too but it takes up way too much room. I like the idea of the ziplock baggies, great for clean up for sure and great for space. Thanks!
